身体にあいた穴を都市が通る/Flow of information like the city from inside

This is my certification of Japanese BA in 2008; I’d like to make the structure which consists of “Traffic”, “Information”, and “City”. Then I was thinking about the movement of internet, and it was the essential phenomenon of relationship between the human and information in total. It also concerns the traffic or tourism; the transition is fascinating motif for me. The notion of “City” was the influence of Shinro Ohtake’s retrospective exhibition, especially in the series of “Blue BLDG”.
I’ve set my concept as “Boundary” since the decade of college student, and this painting refers the boundary between the body and mass information like the situation of internet. In the term of body, I was influenced by the Japanese performance companies Noism or SPAC’s works such as “Play 2 Play“ and “Dionysos” in the 2000s. These artworks were the shock for me then, and I decided to make my human paintings with the influence of them.
